Following this, becoming a specialist in heritage restoration was a natural progression. We have completed projects across our country, in the United States, and provided expertise in Europe.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD shop drawings - Work with the site foreman and project manager on details and site conditions
- Fabrication Drawings - Work with the project manager on details for custom fabrication components, fabricated in-house, in shop.
- Plotting architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical drawings for tendering and awarded projects.
- Project Administration tasks (product data & MSDS submittals management and processing) for awarded projects
- Material take-offs for tendering and awarded projects
- Material ordering for awarded projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of AutoCAD experience
- 1+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technologies in various software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
