Warehouse /Order Picker/Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking an experienced and motivated warehouse employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Receiving, storing, manual picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and distributed in compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts walkies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification
